Acceptable Use Policy
Effective June 11, 20261. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ExhibitStampPro™ Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is designed for use by legal professionals — attorneys, paralegals, litigation support staff, and law firms — for the purpose of managing litigation exhibits, stamping PDFs, and preparing court packages. You may use the Service only for lawful professional purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service. • Copy, modify, create derivative works from, or sublicense the Service or any part of it. • Use the Service to process documents you are not authorized to handle under applicable law or professional conduct rules. • Upload documents containing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure. • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security or access control features. • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including attorney-client privilege rules, court orders, or data protection laws. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. • Resell or offer the Service as a white-label product without our express written consent.
4. Document Restrictions
You must have lawful authority to upload and process any document through the Service. You may not upload: • Documents subject to a protective order that prohibits third-party processing, unless the Service qualifies as a permitted third party under such order. • Documents containing personal information of third parties beyond what is necessary for the legitimate legal proceeding. • Any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Professional Responsibility
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable rules of professional conduct, court rules, and local rules governing the use of technology-assisted services in legal proceedings. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that exhibit stamps generated by the Service satisfy the requirements of any particular court.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to contact@exhibitstamppro.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove or disable content, and report violations to law enforcement authorities. We will cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
