1. Standards and Target
We aim to conform with widely recognized accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable for web-based interfaces. Achieving accessibility is an ongoing effort across product and documentation surfaces.
2. Measures
- Semantic HTML and descriptive labels for core workflows.
- Keyboard navigability for primary actions where supported.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and controls in default themes.
- Focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Captioning or transcripts for published training media where provided.
3. Known Limitations
Some complex document previews, third-party embeds, or legacy PDF viewers may present accessibility limitations inherited from source files or vendor components. We work to mitigate barriers in Company-controlled interfaces.
4. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us with a description of the issue, the URL or screen, and your preferred contact method. We will endeavor to respond within a reasonable timeframe and provide alternative access where feasible.
5. Compatibility
The Service is designed for modern browsers. For best results, use current versions of major browsers with assistive technology supported on your operating system.
